Some Useful Plumbing Tips to Have a Happy Thanksgiving Party
1) Don't Pour fats or cooking oils down the drain. They Solidify in pipes. Instead wipe grease from pots with paper towels and discard.
2) Avoid putting fibrous,stringy or starchy food down the garbage disposal/garburator. Turkey skins, celery, fruit and potato peels cannot be sufficiently broken down.
3)Run the Garburator as you put food into it, don't wait until it's full and your sink is backed up to turn it on.
